Commitment Fitness!
In-home personal training geared towards weight loss consultant just moved into the Mill Creek area seeking three morning clients to fill schedule. Evening schedule is currently full and afternoons are reserved for class.
Requirements:
Basic Equipment - Stability ball, Floor mat (if desired) and a Dumbbell set consisting of 5lb to 30lb weight. We recommend the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells, they take up minimal space while providing you with 15 different weight variations and the price is very reasonable for what you get.
**For those with home gyms already, additional equipment may not be required**
Cardio and Food Journal - You will be required to record your daily calorie intake, cardio sessions and keep a food journal.
* Your daily calorie intake, cardio sessions and food journal is required to be kept up to date*
**If you are currently on a meal plan, diet or have nutritional advice your food journal may not be required**
Three weekly training sessions - You are required to complete three sessions weekly as a bare minimum if you fall under the required weekly sessions you will be put on notice and terminated as a client if the trend continues.
*Cancellation must be given 24 hours in advanced and rescheduled for that week to avoid a charge*
