This is a Samsung combination VHS and DVD Player DVD-VR325. It can also record to the VHS and DVD, including directly from the VHS player into the DVD (that is why we bought it). It also has an HDMI interface for newer television. Very nice condition, was $400 new. This is a link to a review:
