Kanden Kadhalai is a forthcoming Tamil language film set to be released on 30th October 2009. The film is directed by R.Kannan of Jayamkondaan fame.It stars Bharath and Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles. The film has completed its production stage. The film is a remake of the Hindi blockbuster, Jab We Met.
Initially the Jab We Met remake in Tamil had Dhanush and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles. But later, the news was that Shriya Saran has replaced Trisha and will be pairing opposite to Dhanush. The current news is that all of them have opted out of the movie and the lead pair is going to be Bharath and Tamanna Bhatia. The reason behind these changes seem to be date problems
