Having stabbed and possibly killed his best friend, Hiro is brought into Pinehearst by Daphne and Knox. Hiro's not alone, however, as other members of the cast, including Peter Petrelli, come to Pinehearst. While he's there for answers following the incident with his mother, Peter is shocked by what he learns.

Meanwhile, Nathan Petrelli takes Tracy to Suresh, hoping the origins of her powers can be found. Also, Claire tries to save her biological mother from Eric Doyle, a level five escapee, who is capable of taking control of a person's physical actions.
