We are Mechanical Design Engineers with extensive experience in the design of heavy machinery, appliances, and much more. Experienced in manufacturing engineering for low to high volume production with an emphasis on cost reduction. We develop your idea from concepts to working models, along with a complete drawing package ready for production. We follow GD&T ASME Y-14.5 tolerancing practices and can design to industry or company standards as necessary. We specialize in converting any drawings to Computer Aided Design (CAD) format using SolidWorks. ProE Wildfire and/or AutoCAD software.
Our group also specializes in off-site design support and we utilize our own IT support staff. We have our own CAD workstations for design and store CAD data on enterprise level file servers. By using redundant file storage and encrypted volumes, you can rest assured that your data is in good hands. Also, a contract with us means that you dont have to setup additional computers or accounts, just upload the data to our ftp site and we can get started right away.
By using the latest technology, you can also rest assured that we will be available when you need us. Aside from the usual e-mail or phone call, we also utilize IM software, VOIP, and web conference software to stay in touch.
