Satisfaction and quality are guaranteed, and your privacy is ALWAYS respected. Will do house calls, or pick up and return. There is no additional charge for house calls, and you will receive a final quote when you call me. You will never pay more than the quoted price, and if your issue is unrepairable, you pay nothing.
There is never a diagnostic charge. You pay nothing for a visit unless you decide to have your issue fixed.

-Home Computer Setup $35.00 (Includes setting up and wiring the computer, applying any needed updates, data transfer of old files and folders, installation of anti virus and spyware programs, and answering any questions you may have about your new system.)
-Home Network Setup $20.00 per computer (includes wired/wireless networks, secure wireless networks, file and printer sharing, network attached storage devices, etc.)
-Internal Hardware Upgrades or Replacement $50 plus parts (Service at your home may not be possible. This includes hard drives, processors, power supplies, etc.)
-External Hardware Installation and Instruction $20
-Memory (RAM) Upgrades, Graphics Card Upgrades, PCI internal upgrades $20 plus parts
-Spyware/Virus Treatment $30 plus any additional software (optional)
-Disaster recovery, critical system repair $50 Plus any applicable charges for replacement of malfunctioning components.
-Secure Data Destruction - $25 per disk drive (great if you are thinking of selling a computer and want to keep your data completely private.)
-Backup and Storage (One time backup, automated backup setup and instruction, and custom drive arrays)
-Built to fit custom computers - The assembly and testing charge is $90.00. (Call for quote, deposit required)
