Best Buy charges around $65 just to look at your unit and then they charge by the hour.

I charge a flat rate for basic repair.

I will perform the basic $50 service on your pc, if your pc requires more than the basic work you WILL be called with a quote before anymore work is done on your pc so YOU make the choice and dont get stuck with an outrageous repair bill.
