Hello,
I am looking for support asap (today hopefully) trying to get my laptop to start.
Ive only had my computer for a year, and constantly run anti-virus and system boosting software...and it has worked like a charm until the last couple weeks.
It started to slow down first, making going on the internet and listening to music impossible. But I never expected it to fail to start, and of course Im very worried about my baby (and all my stuff on the computer)
I tried to run my computer in "safe mode" as well as "last known good config" etc, but after I choose an option it just flashes blue and then the startup screen comes on again.
Ive been looking online and some people say the hard drive could be messed up...but my feeling is that if I could just get it started, Im pretty sure I know what program is messing the program up.
The "Microsoft Net Frame/...." program, not exactly sure what it is, but It kept popping up with errors during the last couple weeks when it has been slowing down. Im pretty sure if I can reinstall it and erase the previous version the computer will work again...but Im worried that it is too late
My next step is to try and locate the original disk that came with the computer (but Im not entirely sure that I have it) and try and boot from that.
Basically, what Im looking for is anyone that is a wiz and this stuff (and knows what their doing) but is willing to give me some advice for a fair compensation (as opposed to big computer repair companies that may do more than I actually need)
Im willing to pay up to $20 bucks, not a lot I know, but times are really rough for me. Hopefully, if there is someone out there that is familiar with this problem and can fix it quickly, it wont take up too much time and would be an easy way for someone to make some quick cash.
Please let me know if you would be willing to help (compensation can be negotiated-maybe a trade) but if you are from a service company, Id rather you not contact me. Im trying to make taking it in somewhere the LAST step. Because sometimes there are easy answers to these sort of things.
Of course, I could be way off track about this, I dont know a LOT about computers, but I know that Ive been able to troubleshoot my way through most problems, and Im hoping that is the case this time.
Any help and advice via e-mail will also be appreciated! Compensation included (and to be negotiated) Maybe a trade would work as well I have some misc comp. stuff
Thanks for looking, I look forward to hearing from you!
