We know how hard it is to get decent service with honesty, but if its really bad well lie to you and make you feel better. We will tell you in simplistic terms what is wrong with your computer, and what exactly needs to be done, and if its a hardware problem we will tell you exactly whats broken and what we can do to replace it (unfortunately which usually means more money).
