* give patient and knowledgable tutorials on many of the programs you want to learn (email, Internet browsers, Photoshop, iTunes, iPhoto, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuarkXpress etc) plus scanning

Steves history

My first computer was a Mac 512 in 1985 and it hooked me on computer technology.

For 14 years I was lead tech support at a printing company in Manhattan.

In 2002, I started my consulting business, Carlson Consults. My clients range from large corporations to individuals who are buying their first computer or iPod.

Im confident I can help you with whatever computer issue you have. If I dont know the answer immediately, Ill research it until I find the answer.

Youll find that Im patient, trustworthy and knowledgable (Apple technician certified and 20+ years of computer experience). My mantra is to protect your data, whatever it is.

Rate

I have a 2-hour minimum, but Ill give you a lot of good advice and help in that time.

Currently Im $65/hour.
