The Views at Vinings Mountain, MOVE IN December 1st!

We have a three bedroom two bath in The Views At Vinings mountain (http://www.theviewsatviningsmountain.com/).
We need someone to move in the third room on December 1st. The rent is 400 plus utilities. The apartment has a wet bar, porch, hardwoods in the main living area, and carpets in the bedroom. Currently there are two ladies and one cat : ) I am allergic to cats, so the apartment is kept very clean (just in case youre allergic too)! We are open to a small friendly and cat friendly dog. The complex is gated, has awesome amenities, and an amazing view of the city. Nicely located by the Chattahoochee river, 75 and 285 access, in downtown Vinings, ITP, Kroger, Publix, and ALDI less than a mile, running trials, and of course the mall.
Because I am currently living in the apartment you are welcome to come by and check your room out before move in. It is the smallest room, and you would be sharing a bathroom. We split rent by the size of the room, so you will be paying the least.
