Want to rent 4+BR home...

We are being transferred to the Rome area very soon due to my husbands job, and are looking for a home to rent/lease. We need at least 4BR/2BA. We have 4 children, and I homeschool them, so the more space, the better. Ideally, we would like 5 BR or 4 BR plus a finished bonus room. We would definitely prefer newer construction, or at least a nicely updated home. We do have pets, but they are very well behaved and since I am home with them and the children all day, they are watched constantly. Also, when we leave, they are crated, so there really would be no opportunity for damage to the property. Since we do have pets and children, we would prefer a fenced back yard, but if the yard is big enough, its not a necessity. We would prefer that the property be within a half an hour drive to Rome. Our price range is up to $1800/mo. We are non-smokers, and very quiet. We are going to be leasing out our home here in VA, so we know the stress of finding the right tenants.
