You are approximately 5 minutes from the nearest grocery and 10 minutes from the new shopping center located at Exit 19 on Interstate 575. You are approximately 25 minutes from Interstate 400. A $50 non-refundable application fee required. We do allow pets, but have a $200 one time pet fee. If you have a horse, you may pasture board for only $125 a month or lease a stall for $200 a month. You would have access to beautiful, green pastures and riding trails.
