Here is the deal. I own a 5 bedroom really nice house in Alpharetta. Very close to northpoint mall. I live here with my 2 dogs who are very sweet and well behaved (so you must like dogs, 2 labs). I moved here originally with my ex girlfriend and things just didnt work out and for some family that lives close. Now I live in a house that is WAY too big just for me and the dogs. I am not desperate for a roommate. The house is furnished completely. The room that is available is VERY well put together and already has a king size bed, however you can furnish if need be. otherwise I am happy to do it. It is basically a full basement apartment...you have your own travertine LARGE walk in shower, private. The basement opens up into a large fenced backyard and has a screened in jacuzzi room. The house is very nice and has all kinds of fun stuff in it. I like to have fun and enjoy life. I have fairly flexible hours. I enjoy entertaining and the UGA games are always fun. I do have small parties during football season!! The area downstairs where your room is is a common area however it is mostly a good den for you. Picture a really nice house with lots of fun stuff..pinball, ping pong, jacuzzi, music, my own little sports bar. BUT I am not a kid, 37 years young, and dont want anyone who doesnt respect the house. here is what You have to be.. CLEAN , CONSIDERATE, FINANCIALLY STABLE, GOOD REFERENCES, TRUSTWORTHY, did I mention clean!! You have got to make these dogs part of your life as well. I am a humble guy that really just needs a good roommate... looking for men or women who are between 20s to 30s that are professional or in a secure job....Look forward to meeting you! DR M
