I have a very nice 3 bedroom apartment on symphony road. I have 2 spare rooms - each of which I am renting for $1000 each.
There is no lease (unless requested) so short term (3+months is ok).
Situation: I am a young entrepreneur who is expanding my company to NYC. So I have to get an apartment there.
I still need to have a place to stay here, so I am keeping one of the bedrooms. I should only be around maybe 1 week per month.
The place is very clean - includes heat, hot water, and electricity.
I am a guy - have no preference on gender of roomate.
Ideal situation would be 2 people that know each other already.
3 beds - 1 occupied by me (the smallest one)

1 kitchen
laundry downstairs
1st floor
newly renovated
Fully furnished - most stuff can stay as I will be moving into a furnished place in NYC most likely.
I have storage if you want me to move stuff out for yours - negotiable!
