Hello fellow craiglisters,
We are looking for someone to take over our lease at The Summit at Flatirons in Broomfield. We are buying a house and need someone to rent our apartment until June 2010. Move in date would be December 2009. Rent is $923 (will increase if you have pets), this floor plan is laesing for $1100+ right now, but because youd be taking over our existing lease, you would keep our CHEAP rate of $923!

The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (large bathrooms), with walk in closets and a large living space! It is on the 4th floor so nobody lives above us! There is a work out room, swimming pool and hot tub on premis and has great trails for walking and biking surrounding the complex!

The leasing office is involved in the re-leasing process so a backround and credit check will be required as well as financial verification/requirements!
