We are looking for someone to take over the lease of our 10th floor studio apartment in Punahou Gardens until April 24, 2010.
We had to take our dog to the Humane Society due to not being able to keep him here at the apartment. We are currently trying to find a pet-friendly location however, we need to find a tenant for this apartment first.
There is great views of the mountains and city, with a glimpse of the ocean, along with AMAZING sunsets and great tradewinds as well.
The building is secure with all gated entrances and security cameras.
The monthly rent is $845 with ALL utilities included (except for cable, phone, internet) and it is cable ready. The rent will not increase during the rest of this lease.
The unit has a brand new gas stove (about 2 or 3 months old at the most) with a full sized fridge as well.
Its furnished with two twin beds (which you can push together if needed), a 6 drawer dresser, 2 drawer nightstand, small table with 2 chairs, lamp for nightstand.
There is a HUGE closet with sliding mirrored doors that were just recently installed a couple months ago.
Brand new screens were also installed last month on the full wall of windows.
The bathroom is really spacious with a large counter, towel racks, etc.
There is a lot of street parking on Wilder Ave./Anapuni/Poki St. You can also rent a parking space for $75 a month (on a month to month basis).
There is a salt water pool right outside the back entrance with lounge chairs and tables.
Laundry facilities are located on the premises adjacent to the parking lot as well (coin laundry).
This is a really great spot, close to both UH and Chaminade, Foodland is 2 blocks away also. The H1 is also nearby.
