Im looking for someone to take over my lease to my amazing studio near USC starting as soon as December 18th. I love this apartment so much, but Im moving to NorCal in January.
The rent is 1275, with no utilities cost and a great single gated and covered parking spot included at no cost.
HUGE closet space, safe convenient parking spot, balcony, A/C unit and full kitchen. The manager of the unit is a really fun and understanding recent USC grad, and the maintenance guy (who is around every day to help) is great as well.
I love it here but I need someone to help me out of my lease so I can move. I tried to take great care of it and put up some nice wooden shelves on the wall, which I can leave up if wanted.
Super convenient for USC students, only a few blocks away from campus and right across the street from a USC Tram stop. Walking distance from Ralphs and USCs campus.
