Along with views that are magnificent, as it is cloistered from neighboring properties by a secret garden and a mini tropical forest - several 100 foot Royal Palms, a multitude of flowering trees and plants, including Magnolia tree, orchids, Birds of Paradise and many, many more - And lest I forget, a 70 year old Italian fountain that can be heard when French doors are open or as you dine in the courtyard (25x50 foot) - which is actually another living space with a gas grill - and the courtyard is shaded by the many large trees - The garden path to the secret garden has a gently lit pathway - also included is a jacuzzi surrounded by many plants and large trees as well.
