Hello - We have a 4bdrm apt. w/ an extra area for a small office or storage room, for $825 per month, plus utilities. It is a 2nd floor apt., approx 1000 square feet. Please note, it is coded by the city for 4 people. There have been many updates done recently, such as: new windows, new kitchen cabinets, refinished hardwood flooring, new flooring in bathroom and kitchen, updated lighting and recently painted. It has a front and back porch, as well as a very large yard. It is on street parking, however it is not a busy street, so it seems like there is adequate parking. Also, there is no washer/dryer hookup, however the laundromat is extremely close by.
We would like to have a one year lease, with security deposit and first months rent due upon signing lease. We do a background and credit check, and also check references as well.
We are PET friendly, with an additional pet deposit and pet interview.
We live locally, so we are always available if there are any issues or concerns and we keep up on the maintenance of our properties.
