The beach has an ample yard for enjoying the lake front. Large firepit.
There is a deck off the house, and seating area with view of the lake.
The house has city water, so it is good for drinking.This is a non-smoking unit.
Includes basic cable and electric (heating is gas).
Includes washer/dryer.
Dog kennel off north side of house. Dogs OK, with landlord approval.
Tenant is responsible for putting garbage out in designated garbage
cans. All recycling is Tenants responsibility.
