Comfortable fully furnished with all utilities and amenities included. room has a gas fireplace its own shower and bathroom, there is a separate entrance to get in and out of the house and into your apartment. The room is recently carpeted with a dining room table and chairs there is a TV that will include cable and a DVD player you will have wireless Internet access. As for a phone most people use a cell phone and have no need for a landline if this poses a problem we can have a separate line installed but the monthly charges would be your responsibility to pay.. Comes with a full-size refrigerator and freezer and all other kitchen appliances, youre on your own for the food. There is cabinet Space for food, I will supply plates and silverware and cooking utensils. If you have access to a car, You will be able to park right in front of my house otherwise I am two blocks from the bus line. I will also supply towels and most anything else you will need. You have full access to my washer and dryer and exercise equipment.
