GREAT DEAL FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

I have a beautiful 2-story 3-bedroom executive style home with a great view in like new condition. Normally, it would rent for about $2,500. For several years I have had a special arrangement with a fellow who had the full run of the entire house, except I kept one small bedroom, which I only use Monday thru Friday from 9am till 11am, never at any other time. Our deal has been that I am alone in the house (in my room) those two hours, and I never am there the other 22 hours per day, or on the weekends at all.
