Roommate needed by end of nov

I am 25 years old, straight , student at the Art Institute. looking for a f roommate to move in my apartment in Costa mesa. its a dual master, with one room a bit smaller than the other. rent is $940 plus utilities.
I have no pets, I dont mind cats unless i get allergic to! turns out that i am allergic to SOME kinds of cats and some not!.
I am very respectful, fun, neat freak. never bring party home. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS for me, Social drinking is ok. I will not be ok with loud and not respectful guests. I would like to be roommates with someone MATURE, maybe around my age or up to 30s, calm, not dramatic and thats over the obnoxious, rude, partying stage of their lives. I prefer someone whose middle-eastern, we may get along better.
