Musician looking for a new place to dwell in Austin

Hi there, I am looking for a place with cool people, musicians, open-minded hippie types, and good souls.

I am a musician here in Austin and am trying to make music as a living one day.

Right now I am a technician and can offer my skills too. as well as lawn and garden tools and work.
I have my own herbs.

The place must be pet friendly and have space for some of my stuff.

I usually stay pretty quiet and mostly need a place to call home base while I work. Just sleep, shower and get ready for the day.

South Ausitn is where most of my friends and gigs are so I prefer that area but am open to East Austin and country living as long as the commute is minimal.

My last 2 rentals lasted 3-4 yrs each, to give you an idea of my rental history.

I am looking to move in as soon it is convenient for all. I am wanting to find friendly folks and peace.
