Okay so I am looking for a female who has a private bedroom with a private or shared bathroom available in their apartment in Santa Monica.
I live in San Gabriel area and I would like to live closer in Santa Monica area, so I can find a apply for nanny and T/A jobs in Santa Monica area. I
have been having off and on jobs and I think by being closer I would have been luck of getting a job there.
I only have $400-500 saved up for rent and a small deposit with utilities included in rent if possible. I am looking for a long term
stay with full access with the rest of the house. It must have a phone and internet connection and a laundry and dyer in the apartment or building.
The building should be secured and have friendly quiet neighbors and be close to a shopping area and transportaion, since I do not drive.(dont
need a parking spot).
I am a single female, professional, educated, friendly, easy to get along with, responsible, reliable, pays the bills on time (I have proof). I would
like to find a roommate who is a professional, clean, responsible, pay bills on time friendly, funny, fun, and easy to get along with. I would like to
communicating with roommates occasionally so it wont be so awkward and occasional go out sometime and do fun things.I do not smoke, drink
or do drugs and I dont bring the party home and I have no boyfriend or pets with me.prefer boyfriend not staying over all the time,occasionally
only,Pets are OK with me. Hobbies are music, movies, trying new things, food, surfing , new language, etc..) traveling, hanging at the beach. If you
