My lovely Eastside 1bdrm for your Paris 1bdrm

My lovely one bedroom apt in Angelino Heights, on the east side of Los Angeles for your Paris apt over the Christmas and New Year Holidays. Id like to swap for the month of December, give or take a few days. I live in one half of a duplex with lemon trees in my front yard. My apt has hardwood floors, an extra large kitchen and a washer/dryer! I also have a small back porch area where it is lovely to sit outside and read or have a glass of wine. I am close to shops and restaurants (although this is Los Angeles which means you have to drive everywhere...but it is a very short 3-5 drive).
