Looking to move immediately.
I have good credit. Looking to lease at least a 750 sq ft apartment, condo, loft with parking in downtown los angeles. I would like a 6 - 8 month lease although I may stay longer. Your apt should be at least the 5th floor in a safe clean neighborhood and I am only one person moving in. Building must be dog friendly although I do not currently have one...my friends with dogs come to visit on occassion. I do not want an interior view. Willing to negotiate rent on a huge place.
