Hi,
Im a graduate student at USC film school. I am looking for a nice house (if possible a duplex with wooden staircases) with a swimming pool.
We are planning to shoot on either 1st weekend or 2nd week of November (i.e. either 7th,8th or 14th,15th Nov). There would be a very small crew on the set.
It is a relationship thriller film. We would not be doing anything fancy in the house. The house would be left in the same or possibly in even better condition.
We will have to location insurance that would cover any kind of damage.
Payment: It is a student film and we have a shoestring budget. We are willing to pay about 100 for the location. You will be given credit on the film and there would be great actors and crew members along with good food.
