My name is Maurice. I am a full time student at the Musicins Institute and will be attending until April of 2010. Currently I reside in the south bay and I am looking to rent a room close to the school, with access to laundry/kitchen (cable/internet ready,close to public transportation, or what ever is available similar to this. I am a 29 year old male student who is a hard working individual with a lot of goals in life.My hobbies are music(singing,songwriting) my family and work and school.
