My husband and I are looking for a small house/duplex/triplex/fourplex in the Sherman Oaks/Studio City area. We are married couple in our late twenties both employed (Im in marketing and he works at a security company). We would need a 1+bed/1+bath with a small yard or patio preferably with w/d hookups. We are very laid back, respectful, non smokers/non drug users. Looking to move by November 23rd at the latest. Would like to spend $1800.00/mo max.
