Im living in a very beautiful house; its convenient for getting back and forth from school, but its become too expensive. Im looking for a standard-sized room in a quiet setting.
Im a nursing student whos just undergone surgery, and I have a steady but meager income for now. (Ill be done with school within a year, and Ill have several jobs lined up by then.) In the meantime, the tough economic situation requires that I find something more in my current price range, without compromising my standard of living. My nature is quiet, communicative, and cooperative. People find me easy-going, funny, engaging, and compassionate. Im always looking to make new friends, and I view this as an opportunity to do just that.
In closing, may I say that timing is important - Im looking to be out of my current home by December 1st. I hope that through this medium I can find a place that would be advantageous for both me and for my prospective landlord; my experience as an EMT and my training as a nurse, I think, make me a far better candidate than most.
