Hi my name is Frederick Gonzales and I am planning on moving down to the LA area to attend school starting in January. I am trying to move in by December 1 so I can get myself situated. I will be attending school at the New York Film Academy, but I do not mind if the house is a bit of a trek (not too far tho >15 miles). I would like to live in a nice looking house. I keep clean, and I like to exercise and cook. I am very respectful, but I do know how to enjoy myself on occasion as well.
