Your private room is UNFURNISHED, but cable ready and includes 2 large windows and a walk-in closet. (I have an extra television and dresser if you need it.) The layout is very nice with a newly renovated bathroom, kitchen and hardwood floors. A MUST SEE! You will also have access to a garage, if needed and plenty of street parking. Dont worry, no DISTRICT PARKING here!
The apartment is very close to USC, Culver City, 10/110 freeways with easy access to surrounding areas such as hollywood, LAX, West Hollywood, Downtown and Wilshire Dist/Koreatown, etc.
I am a respectful, easy going, open minded black male and young-professional. I usually work 6 days a week and often on the weekend. I enjoy working out, cooking, and other random activities that keep me busy. Moreover, ( if youre wondering ) Im 511 and about a buck sixty five, well groomed, usually neat and always good hygiene. If Im at home, Im relaxing, sleeping, watching tv or hanging with a friend. I prefer another male roomate with similar interests, but open to others.
Definitely looking to find a sane, responsible, laid back roomate in the next week or two - for move-in date of early NOVEMBER. I am open to temporary or shared space situations if it makes sense to both of us. Chemistry is important.
The rental amount is 700.00 plus a very small amount for utilities.
