Looking for room or roommate!

Hi! I am a super fun super easy going working female in my early 20s looking for either a room to rent or a roommate looking to get an apartment together! I am looking for my own bedroom and bathroom in the Sherman Oaks or Encino area. I prefer to only have one roommate but would consider two for the right situation. Having a secure parking spot is really important to me as well.

I am looking for an apartment that feels like I home, and am not looking for a place where I feel trapped in my room. I wouldnt mind making dinner together and occasionally hanging out, but can definitely respect privacy. I am open for either a male or female roommate but would prefer someone around my age range.

I am looking to move around November and want to pay around 750 a month not including utilities.
