I am VERY handy and can do almost an type of work for rent; She can be a caregiver / companion, babysitter, cook, clean, drive, etc- WEST SF Valley or Ventura County is preferred, but open to other areas depending on the situation...
Our reason for doing this is to save our money to buy again when were ready; We pay rent now for a very nice place now that we are both very happy with, so were not really looking for another rental (unless its an exceptional deal!)...
