Hello. I realize that I may be going out on a limb and actually may even be downright crazy for asking (lol), but is ANYONE out there willing to rent their house for $1000 give or take a month
Perhaps you are someone who owns several homes and would like someone to maintain your other houses appearance and upkeep. Or maybe you were thinking about putting the house up for sell, or maybe you are retired and own the house outright, so would be willing to rent it out to a responsible young woman.
I am in my mid 20s. I have a medical background. So with THAT being said, you will never have to worry about me having money. Health care is a recession proof industry and is always in high demand. Ive worked with quite a few employment agencies and they HAVE plenty of work to keep me busy and with a steady income coming in.....
These are all features that would be pluses, by the way. However they are not etched in stone and I would still take a nice, decent home whether it included or did not include these amenities:
-fireplace (I LOVE fireplaces, especially wood burning!) this is a plus
-hardwood floors (I just love the look of wood floors. I also think they are lower maintenance than carpet; you dont have to worry about it getting to dirty. You can just sweep it! And of course an occasional waxing...) this is a plus
-jacuzzi (didnt I mention I was crazy lol. I doubt to find a house to rent within that price range with this amenity, but it sure would be NICE!) this is a double plus!
-pool (I wont even bother.....haha...)
So, if you think you can help out a single and petite mid 20s woman, I would GREATLY appreciate it. I have had the worst of luck in my life. Including some bad relationship decisions that have kind of gotten me in the position I am in now. But, it would be nice if for once, God could really give me a true blessing. To make up for all the misfortune Ive endured over the years. This would a great blessing....
I am saving up some cash and would love to move in by Christmas time, but the sooner- the better! Thank you!
