APT, STUDIO OR ROOM 4 MY SON & I

I am looking for a apt, studio or room for my son & I for a reduced rate for 3 months. I can pay $448 a month. I can pay the deposit of $448 and last month rent of $448 to move in. After 3 months I can pay the full rent amount. I can pay you the amount you reduced the rent the first 3 months back over the subsequent 6 months.

Any where in Los Angeles or Inglewood would be okay. I would prefer a place located in 90008, 90016, 90018, 90056, 90043 because it would be close to my sons school.

I am a single parent of a honor student in High school I am going through a temporary financial setback, but I am in a job-training program and will start my new job in about 60 days. Please contact me ASAP if you are open to this arrangement.
