Seeking a guest house to call home here in Los Angeles
I am a 35 year old music composer in the early stages of a writing career. I am:

honest
considerate

spiritually pro-active
After living in the Los Angeles home of my dear friend and late business partner, I am looking for a new place to live and work as my beautiful and creative time in this house in Hollywood is coming to a close.
I am hoping to find whatever life has in store for me on this next phase of my journey. In a perfect world, I would find a suitable place to live and work, hopefully with a serious or total rent break in return for services I can provide.
Let me tell you a little about myself
I am a:

I meditate daily, and try and live my life from a neutral loving viewpoint. I have a solid relationship with my girlfriend of several years, and am not a disrespectful person in any shape or form.
I have tutored since I was 17 in subjects as varied as mathematics, SAT preparation, physics, chemistry, biology and music. From time to time, I still give guest lectures at colleges on music.
I am a Fulbright Scholar Alumni with degrees in mathematics and engineering as well as Masters degrees in engineering and music.
I grew up on a farm in Ireland and have a lifetime of experience taking care of gardens, plants and general landscaping/handyman work.
I adore animals, and am comfortable lovingly walking your dogs, and petting your cats.

In a nutshell, I am a good, honest, trustworthy person with plenty of quality references who can watch your property and take care of errands when you are out of town, keep your kids on track with schoolwork, you pets happy and joyful and help bring you a serene state of mind, all with a positive happy demeanor throughout.
