I am a 30 year old, clean, considerate, quiet, laid back, stay to myself, do my own thing, straight, always pay the bills on time, white guy, - looking for preferably a 2BR/2BA Share in or very close to North Hollywood, close like Valley Village, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Toluca Lake, any other neighborhood is too far away for me...I say this because I have posted before and people from Calabasas respond and that is not what I consider close to North Hollywood, anywho...so close to North Hollywood!!...2BR/2BA...and more specifically...
- 2BR/2BA, really dont want to share a bathroom, - would prefer share with ONE other person, - and looking for a place where the bedrooms are separated by a common room like a bathroom, living room hall way, no shared walls, all this is just good stuff and convenient....
- 500-700 dollar price range and that would need to include utilities, I could possibly go 725, including utilities.
- Looking to move in December 1st.
- Furnished would be awesome, but I am flexible on that.
- Would probably prefer to share with a considerate, straight male like myself, birds of a feather flock together...
Would be great to find 2BR/2BA, share with considerate, roomate, bedrooms separated by hallway or living room, or bathroom, for December 1st, in or very close to North Hollywood...let me know if you are out there with something like this...
