I am a 23 y/o female, recent grad, current working professional. I am hoping to move closer to the beach and am looking for a female roommate/roommates (age 21-26) to share a place. I ideally want to spend around $900 for my own room and preferably my own bathroom. I am clean (not a neat freak), friendly, and easy-going. I am very active which is one of the reasons I want to move to the beach. I am hoping to find a fun roommate/roommates and a comfortable apartment in the Santa Monica area within resonable walking distance to the beach (preferably less than 1 mile). I am flexible on move-in date but am aiming for sometime between Dec 1 and Jan 1.
I would prefer to find a roommate first and then go apartment-hunting together rather than moving into someones place.
