I have been looking for a place for so long that I decided to post this ad to see if anyone can help.. I have been a renter for 13 years and no unlawful detainers.. My credit is not that great right now due to some past issues.. However, this is where I have been running into trouble, I am 35 year old female that is trying hard to seperate from my Husband, but I have a criminal background.. My past issues have been completley resolved and I have letters from a Judge, My Probation officer (which I am no longer being supervised),and others. My background consist of 1 drug possession charge and some dishonered check charge no violent convictions what so ever. So I ask again can ANYONE help me or have any suggestions please let me know.
