Let me introduce myself. I am a middle aged woman with a dog and a cat. I am mechanically inclined and I am very neat and tidy. I am looking to find lowered rent on any apartment in exchange for just about any kind of upkeep or maintenance you require. I can lift, shovel, repair, watch over, clean you name it.

I am easy going and relaxed. Pay my bills on time and take good care of my pets. They are very well behaved. The dog is about 45 lbs and is 11 yrs old and very quiet and well behaved. The cat is 5 yrs old and I hardly notice her around shes so quiet. Shes spayed and declawed. The dog is spayed too.

I am an ebay seller and an artist. I work a lot and am very quiet. I dont have parties. I dont smoke or do drugs. I have no criminal record and my credit is decent.
I can pay up to 500 bucks a month max.
