Former Realtor, single white male, 53, (& mature 17yo daughter) are Seeking to be your Housemates, or Live-In House-Sitters While Your Away.
Perhaps you are away from home for extended periods of time (pilot, stewardess, traveling salesman, OTR truck driver, etc.).
I am also a former Landlord/Property Manager, and I owned 6 Homes simultaneously. I know what a Good Renter is! We are both: non-smokers, non-drinkers, and non-partiers. We are also: friendly, stable, considerate, reliable, responsible, mature, healthy, are lifelong Twin City residents, employed, and have a Good Credit Rating.
We will care for your pets, plants, yard, and home. Snowbird situations would work too. I am looking to pay between $250 - $500 per month, but it is negotiable .
