Looking to rent a 3+bd townhouse or house in the south suburbs. willing to pay $1000-$1200 a month rent plus utilities. The more space the better. Any # baths is o.k. but would prefer 2. Also if theres a basment or second living room that would be great. The ideal rental would have some kind of yard for the kids to play in. Must have w/d and all other appliences. Our credit is not that good.but we do have 2+ full time incomes.I dont have much credit but am working to build some up. Our family has slowly grown over the last couple of years and we are desperately looking for a place to call home thats big enough for us, so that we dont need to worry about moving for years to come.
