Small family of 3 lookin 4 place to rent

We are selling are place in the next couple weeks and are activly looking for a place to rent out for the next 6 months to a year. My husband and I have a 3 year old son and no pets. We have good rental history, good credit, clean backgrounds, and we both have full time jobs. We are trying to save up for a new house, so we would like to keep rent low in our budget. We are hopeing to find either a town home, shared house w/seperate living area, or a month to month apartment. Wanting to stay in Anoka County area, but willing to move in northern suberbs. We are looking to pay up to $800 per month depending on situation.
