Looking for room from 12/1

I am a 35 year old male looking for a furntished apartment or house to rent a room starting Dec 1st. I am a laidback computer professional, and am working on starting my own PC repair and small business consulting company. I do some work from home, so a basement or other area that I could use as a workspace would be a plus. My rent is paid via trustfund each month, so there shouldnt ever be an issue with it being late. I am quiet and neat, but also lighthearted and funloving. I generally get along with most people without any problem.
I can provide furniture for my bedroom, but thatrs about all I have at the moment. I also will need parking.
