Seeking Large Lower Level Room

Mature, considerate, respectful, trustworthy, non-smoking, non drug using, male, with quiet, house trained dog, seeking large lower level unfurnished room, or walk-out basement room, or mother in law apartment in large, quiet home. Utilities, and use of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities should be included.

Would like a quiet neighborhood, in Crystal, Golden Valley, or New Hope, preferably with off-street parking available. Prefer to avoid excessive alcohol consumption, any tobacco consumption, rowdy parties, loud music/TV, or religious zealots.

I possess extensive Handyman skills, from minor repairs, to complete remodeling, and would be willing to do car repair, pet sitting, dog walking, garden/yard work, snow shoveling in exchange for part of the rent. Prefer to house share with one laid back, mature, educated person.
