Looking in the areas of Apple Valley, Eagan, Lakeville and possibly Burnsville. We need 3 bdrms all on one level with laundry preferably upstairs if its a townhome. We do not have pets, are non-smokers and take very good care of our homes. Looking to rent for 2yrs until we are ready to build our own home. We need to stick to $1200-1400 price range, and a minimum of 1800sq ft- but more is better. We also want a playground/park/yard close by for our kids to play. If you have something for rent that fits this description, please let me know! We are not looking for sect 8 or low-income housing areas, thank you.
