Mature Male with Remodeling Skills

I am a mature white male, employed, looking for something out of the ordinary. I do not smoke, and rarely drink, and haven’t purchased alcohol for my own consumption in years. Im easy going, rarely get upset, and am generally even tempered. I have found that if you treat people well, they usually treat you well. I am looking for a home share situation, preferably with only one other person. A finished basement or a mother-in-law apartment in a house would be ideal. A caretaker, live in maintenance technician, or similar, could possibly defray part of the rent payments. I would also consider pet sitting, as I have a dog as well. Home remodeling, yard work, and other domestic tasks, would not be beyond the realm of possibility.
My only real requirements are a separate bedroom, air conditioning, off-street parking, and a quiet, peaceful, drama free (minimal alcohol consumption), smoke free environment. If you think it would work, drop me a line. Thanks.
